THe sound is fine, although not quite as good as with my regular phone. I was very resistant to having to use this device, however with the law changes in ontario it became necessary. But it exceded my expectations overall. I have beed really pleased so far. I find the ear piece to be very comfortable, and actually is really unobtrusive. No one has complained that they can't hear me. I am happy.

Bought this head set, after powering it on, unit would not work. Unit would not connect to the phone, in fact when i did some trouble shooting, it would not even stay powered on. I ended up tossing it in the bin.i won't be buying a Motorola headset again.Somehow i have to give this product 1 star, as the system won't let me leave it blank, however I give it 0/5

Before this headset, I had the H700 and was very happy with it for 2 years. Same result. Now I am waiting on shipping labels to return both headsets to Motorola. I received this in 3 days which I was very pleased about. I have heard all kinds of complaints from friends of mine with all thier headsets. I plugged it in and the light came on right away. I decided to buy another Motorola, this time without the flip boom. Motorola sent a new one 4 days later and the same thing happened.

It then flickered out a few seconds later. I called Motorola, not the seller on here, and they had me plug it into my car charger. I am beginning to wonder if any maker makes a good bluetooth headset anymore. It is just hard to believe there are this many bad H670's.

Sound is very good,also fits the ear nice.if i would buy it again yes.thank you.

I have the same problem as several other reviewers here. No matter how long I leave it plugged in, it will not turn on. The brand-new bluetooth refuses to charge. When I plug it in, the charging light turns on for a couple seconds, and then flickers and turns off. I won this in a contest, so I'm not going to bother getting a replacement, but if I were you, I wouldn't risk my money on something that has a high chance of not working right out of the box. [.].
